At Wantafy, your satisfaction is our priority. We work with trusted suppliers to bring you trending products at great value. While we aim for a smooth experience, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Here's how we handle refunds and returns.
Returns
Eligibility: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item if:
- The item is defective or damaged
- You received the wrong item
- The item does not match the description
Conditions:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include any accessories
- We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases or incorrectly ordered sizes
Process:
- Contact us at contact@wantafy.com or via the live chat on our store with your order number and photos of the issue
- Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps
- Approved returns are sent to the supplier's warehouse — return shipping costs may apply
Refunds
Full Refunds are issued in the original currency used at checkout, if:
- Your item is lost in transit and not delivered within 60 days
- You cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase and it hasn't been processed
- Your return is approved and received by the supplier
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of approval.
Partial Refunds may be offered if:
- The item arrives with minor defects but remains usable
- You choose to keep the item despite the issue
Non-Refundable Items:
- Final sale items
- Items returned without prior approval
- Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Shipping & Processing Notes
- Delivery times vary between 15–30 business days depending on your location
- Return shipping costs are covered by Wantafy only if the item is defective or incorrect
