How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard Shipping (free) takes an estimated 15–30 business days. Express Shipping takes an estimated 5–8 business days at a flat rate shown at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier delays.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship to Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, Canada, the European Union, and Singapore. We're always looking to expand our reach, so stay tuned!

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase as long as it hasn't been processed yet. After that, we're unable to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Use that link anytime to check your order status.

What is your return & refund policy?

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item if it's defective, damaged, or incorrect. We don't accept change-of-mind returns. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
