- The item is defective or damaged
- You received the wrong item
- The item does not match the description

- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include any accessories.
- We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered).

- Contact us at contact@wantafy.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
- We’ll guide you through the return steps. In most cases, returns are sent directly to the supplier’s warehouse (return shipping costs may apply).

Full Refunds are issued if:
- Your item is lost in transit and not delivered within 60 days
- You cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase and it hasn’t been processed
- Your return is approved and received by the supplier

Partial Refunds may be offered if:
- The item arrives with minor defects but is still usable
- You choose to keep the item despite the issue

- Final sale items
- Items returned without prior approval
- Orders with incorrect shipping info provided by the customer

- As a dropshipping store, delivery times may vary between 10–30 business days, depending on your location.
- We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
